Standard processing time is 5–14 business days, depending on order volume.

Custom or specialty finishes may require additional production time.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no explicit branding or product description visible on the exterior.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
