Returns

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This policy protects the health and safety of all customers.

Any returned item that has been opened cannot be resold and will be responsibly discarded.

Refunds & Replacements

We are committed to quality and will make things right if there is an issue.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We may request return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

Made-to-Order Notice

All products are handmade to order. Minor variations in color, finish, flake placement, or detailing are natural and part of the artisanal process.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation so we can investigate and assist.
