If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


What if I ordered the wrong size or firmness?

We encourage customers to review measurements carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help guide you.


Are your products body-safe?

Yes. All items are made from 100% platinum-cure silicone and fully cured before shipping. Clean before and after use.


Why does my item look slightly different than the photos?

Each item is handmade to order. Minor variations in color or finish are normal and part of the handmade process.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an item is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.


What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.


Is discreet shipping used?

Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging with no external branding.


When will I get my order? 

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
